Campus Recruitment

We have vast experience of recruiting fresh students from many renowned campuses across India and abroad. Our relationships with the placement cells of IITs and IIMs as well as many other educational institutes have helped us get the best candidates for our clients. Lateral Recruitment

Structured Interviews

We strongly believe that the interviewing methods can greatly influence the short listing of the right candidates. We have, therefore, devised standard methodologies and interview frameworks that align with the requirements of the job position. Our interviews are targeted to capture the candidates’ technical and non-technical skills along with their values and behavioral aspects. We are also adept in conducting ‘Case Interviews’ that are sometimes preferred by clients in the service industry. Depending on the job requirement, we provide options to our clients for interviews based on ‘our framework’ or that given by our clients.

Behavioral Assessment Tests

Our proprietary psychometric tests are aimed to assess individual's strengths and weaknesses, their culture and values and their aptitude. The output of this test is mapped to the requirements of the position and a comprehensive analysis is conducted to assess the suitability of the candidate with the job requirements. We have found that this approach has been very useful in sourcing the ideal candidates for the job requirements. This has also led to lower attrition rates in many organizations.

Background Screening and Reference Checks

We are aware that majority of the resume do not have accurate information about the candidates. This may be due to error of omission or a deliberate act. We have a specialist team that focuses on confirming all the facts provided by the candidates through the following methods:
